Youth Aqua Fit Swim Program Fall 2024
No registration forms will be accepted before 5:00am on the registration date.

MAC Aquatics requires a secure credit card on file. For your security the MACAC does not accept credit card information over the phone. Please contact the swim office for details and enrollment.
One registration form per child. If registering for more than one swimmer, be sure to complete an additional form.
