Training for Warriors

  • Originally used to train the top MMA fighters in the world

  • You don't have to be a Fighter to partake and reap the benefits, however, you do have to be a WARRIOR
    WARRIOR: defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life

  • Upon completion of this program, you will be physically harder and mentally stronger no matter what your endeavor

  • Today, many of the top athletes in a number of professional sports (NFL, Olympics, NBA, MLB, UFC) are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level.

Sessions

  • Mon-Fri; 6am-7am

  • Mon-Fri; 9:30am-10:30am

  • Mon-Thur evening; 7:30pm-8:30pm

  • Saturday; 8:00am - 9:00am

  • Only 20 participants per session. Please sign up at the Parisi Desk (one week in advance)
