The Memorial Athletic Club offers several youth conditioning programs targeted to the specific needs of different age levels.
This fitness program is designed to improve cardiovascular health and muscle tone. All children ages 3-13 are encouraged to participate in 45 minutes of supervised, safe, easy-to-follow low impact, bench and light weight training exercises. This program also offers dance and tumbling classes.
It's lots of fun for the kids and new activities are introduced regularly.
