| The Memorial Athletic Club offers several youth conditioning
programs targeted to the specific needs of different age levels. |

This fitness program is designed to improve cardiovascular
health and muscle tone. All children ages 3-13
are encouraged to participate in 45 minutes of supervised, safe,
easy-to-follow low impact, bench and light weight training exercises.
This program also offers dance and tumbling classes.
It's lots of fun for the kids and new activities

MAC Kids classes are free to
all kids on their family membership.
Please follow these simple guidelines: children
must be accompanied by an adult. Please assist in following
rules for age appropriate classes. Level I=3 to 6 years, Level
II=6-9 Years and Level III=9-13 years. We also respectfully
ask that all children in attendance are on their FAMILY MEMBERSHIP.
Our MAC Kids program is provided as a member service. Classes
are held in studio B or BW unless otherwise designated. Parents
must remain on MAC premise. Closed-toe athletic style shoes
are necessary for all activity (not to include ballet). Creative Movement is gentle dance for
the young ones who are learning movement and coordination. Level
I Ballet teaches the basic fundamentals
of Ballet. Your child will have fun, learn the basics and exercise
at the same time. Levels I and II Jazz
is every young one's dream in learning the basics of dancing.
Levels II and III. Hip Hop Kids is a
fun way for your child to exercise and have fun doing it. Fitness
dance that is all the current dances they love. Level I and
II Tumbling for our little ones (Level
I) and an intro to basic fundamental gym works (Level II)

This course is a 3-hour session designed to provide basic
knowledge of exercise and the weight room facilities. The F.I.T.
program is mandatory for all members ages 13-15
years who would like access to the weight room.

| Here at the Memorial Athletic Club, we very proud of our aquatic
staff. Collectively we have over 230 years of experience in
teaching others how to swim. Programs include: American
Red Cross Learn to Swim programs for ages 6 months to adult;
offered year round; spring stroke clinics designed to help improve
stroke mechanics; year round Youth Aqua Fit classes for 8 years

| The program is non-competitive and its objective is to keep
the "swim team" kids swimming year round. The program
focuses on improving stroke mechanics and overall fitness level

Spring Branch ISD has approved the MAC as
an Off Campus Health Fitness Facility. Students can earn
Private PE/Health Fitness Credit (approved by SBISD and TEA)
at MAC through a blend of swimming and fitness activities.
