Our Spinning® program ensures efficient and effective
cardiovascular conditioning for all levels of riders. We do
this by making extensive use of Polar® heart rate monitors
to objectively assess fitness levels and training intensity.
Additionally, the Spinning program
is based on the Spinning Energy Zones format to ensure
periodized and comprehensive training. |

Classes consist of riding a cross-terrain course on a ride
set to music by the cycling coach. During
the class, students will ride in the flats, climb hills in a
seated and standing position, and jump in and out of the saddle.
There is a gradual emphasis on leg speed and strength, as well
as on cardiovascular conditioning. |

| All of our instructors are nationally certified through Madd
Dog Atletics, Inc. and committed to on-going training at both
a local and national level. Our instructor team will help you
meet your fitness goals. |
