Our Spinning® program ensures efficient and effective cardiovascular conditioning for all levels of riders. We do this by making extensive use of Polar® heart rate monitors to objectively assess fitness levels and training intensity.
   Additionally, the Spinning program is based on the Spinning Energy Zones format to ensure periodized and comprehensive training.
Classes consist of riding a cross-terrain course on a ride set to music by the cycling coach.
  During the class, students will ride in the flats, climb hills in a seated and standing position, and jump in and out of the saddle. There is a gradual emphasis on leg speed and strength, as well as on cardiovascular conditioning.
All of our instructors are nationally certified through Madd Dog Atletics, Inc. and committed to on-going training at both a local and national level. Our instructor team will help you meet your fitness goals.
