No matter what your fitness goals are our highly qualifed personal trainers will design an exercise program and provide you with the motivation and guidance you need to achieve your goals.
  Personal training sessions can be scheduled at your convenience and can be purchased as single sessions or in packages of five, ten, or twenty sessions.
  Our personal trainers at the MAC and MAC for Women range in education and experience from specialties in teen fitness, pre-natal programs, senior workouts, marathon/triathlon training, Functional Integrated Movement Training, rehabilitation, strength and endurance training, body building and sculpting, weight management, and much more!
