This new program makes Parisi Training an affordable monthly membership option for families. Total Conditioning classes include Parisi's signature speed training instruction with a heavier emphasis on cardiovascular and body weight strength training.
   Total Conditioning Classes are for any athlete that wants to reach their athletic potential. By addressing an athlete's Strength, Flexibility, Endurance and Speed all in one session, Total Conditioning will keep athletes in top shape throughout the year.
