MAC Kids Zone time limit is two (2) hours. |

• | Only children of members and properly registered guests may use the MAC
Kids Zone facilities |

A child must be signed in and out of the MAC Kids Zone by his/her
parent or legal guardian. Children must be signed in and out by the
same parent. A parent of children using the MAC Kids Zone MUST
be on club premises at all times. |

Please do not bring your sick child to the MAC Kids Zone! If we
feel your child is ill, we will ask you to please take him or her
home. |

MINIMUM AGE in the MAC Kids Zone is 6 WEEKS.
However, to protect your infant, MAC recommends that it is best to
wait until after your infant has received his/her eight week immunizations.

No food - including gum and candy - is allowed in the MAC Kids Zone.
Baby bottles and/or juice cups are accepted. |

• | Please LABEL all items brought into the MAC Kids Zone with your child's
name and phone number. |

• |
Please leave your child fed and freshly diapered. Diapers are changed
for any child under age 2. Should a child that is over age two need
a diaper change during his/her stay in the MAC Kids Zone, a parent
will be called. Please bring extra diapers and wipes for your child
during each visit. Diapers can be purchased in the MAC Kids Zone should
you forget extras. |

MAC Kids Zone staff will gladly assist your child with potty training.
For sanitary purposes, please bring your child in disposable training
pants during potty training. |

Should an incident arise that needs parent’s assistance, you
will be paged immediately. |

Remember, the use of the MAC Kids Zone is a privilege. Continual
behavioral problems will result in forfeiture of this privilege. |
