To ensure its 40 plus age group members receive the highest quality programming, the Memorial Athletic Club offers many classes where the intensity is designed for the 40 plus exerciser.

  Lectures and seminars, which are instructive, informative and interesting, address a number of issues concerning the mature exercising population. Most are free; occasionally a small fee will be requested for printed materials and special presenters.

  Looking for an Adult Aquatic Fitness Program? Check out our Master’s swim group. Swimming is a great cross training alternative.
  Members are encouraged to try Master’s FREE for 2 weeks. Once you are hooked, you can add it to your membership for a small $30/month fee. Swimmers receive a coached workout approximately 24 times per month. No pre-registration necessary.
