the intensity is designed for the 40 plus exerciser. Lectures
and seminars, which are instructive, informative and interesting,
address a number of issues concerning the mature exercising population.
Most are free; occasionally a small fee will be requested for printed
materials and special presenters. |

Looking for an Adult Aquatic Fitness Program? Check
out our Master’s swim group. Swimming is a great cross training alternative.
Members are encouraged to try Master’s FREE for 2 weeks.
Once you are hooked, you can add it to your membership for a small
$30/month fee. Swimmers receive a coached workout approximately 24
times per month. No pre-registration necessary. |
