| Along with women's health issue programming, MAC for
Women also offers: |

Mat based classes include: Basic Principles, Essential,
Intermediate, Advanced, Ball and Band, Power, Osteopilates and Pilates
stretch. These classes are offered free to members. |

| Equipment Mat classes are offered to increase the
intensity of your workout and add new dimensions to your routine.
There is a small fee for these classes. |

Personal Training takes the benefits
of Pilates to a whole new level using our highly specialized equipment
such as: Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Spine Corrector, Spine
Supporter, Stability Chair, and much more. Work
with our highly-trained Pilates instructors to receive a total body
workout customized to your needs and goals. There is an additional
fee for these services. |

Pilates Large Equipment Classes. Increase
the challenge to your core strength and stability with added resistance
and flowing movement. Large Equipment classes are limited to five
people, so the instructor is able to give additional attention to
proper form and technique.
All Reformer classes are $25 each. Classes are reserved for the entire
month and paid in advance by the 25th of the month prior to class.
Introduction to Reformer classes are available the third Saturday
of every month. Once you have participated in an introductory class
you can be placed in a Reformer class with others of comparable skill
level.
Circuit class is an advanced level class for those Pilates participants
that have at least one year Pilates mat experience and six months
of consecutive Reformer classes. All Circuit classes are $30/each.
This is an advanced level class. Classes are limited to 4 people.

Levels of classes Introduction
- A one time only class to learn the set-up of the reformer and a
few basic exercises. Held the third Saturday of each month at 11:30.
Beginner - This is the first level of Reformer classes.
Essential - Learn all the essential Reformer exercises.
Intermediate - Add to your essential Reformer repertoire.
Circuit - Advance level – must have mat and
reformer experience. |

MAC and MACfW currently offer over 30 Pilates classes a week
to challenge you. If you are not sure where to begin, the Basic
Principle class is a good start.
If you prefer a more personalized touch, we offer an introduction
to Pilates package in which you meet individually with one of
our certified Stott Pilates Instructors for four sessions to

| Getting on a regular exercise regiment can help keep
your teens more healthy and alert! Taking the Teen F.I.T. course will
enhance the teen's understanding of "working out" and prevent injury
by learning how to exercise with correct/safe form and technique.

The Fast Track program is a 45-minute orientation
to the our clubs' cardiovascular and weight room area. Included
in the orientation are introductions to and demonstrations of
our Cybex/Lifefitness Strength Line Circuits, cardiovascular
equipment and Cardio Theatre systems.

Our General Fitness Instruction sessions consist
of two 1-hour fitness orientation appointments. During the first
apointment, a fitness instructor will complete a brief health
screening, which includes pulse and blood pressure readings,
body composition analysis, circumferential measurements, body
weight and height measurements, and then introduce you to the
cardiovascular equipment and Cardio Theatre system. During
the second appointment, a general weight training circuit program
will be designed for you on our Cybex/Lifefitness Strength Line
Circuits with emphasis on proper form and technique.
