Education: University of Texas at Austin B.A. Psychology, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Training for Warriors Level 2
Special Interest: Volunteering, beach running, strength training, water sports, live comedy, traveling, time with family and friends, healthy cooking and fine wine.
Training Philosophy: Kyla enjoys many exercise formats with special interest in strength training and enjoys designing creative total body workouts that provide a unique and engaging training experience for all ages and fitness levels. She strives to pass on her passion for fitness and health, making the adventure a challenging and enjoyable experience.
Flexible schedule weekdays 6am-8pm, and select weekend dates and times. Please call for availability.
