The MACAC's Good Life Program meets the needs of our mature adults (60 years plus) through diverse programming. Formatted for active older adults, our classes are designed to improve functional and cardiovascular fitness, as well as flexibility and range of motion. In addition to use of the facility, special programming during Mid-day senior’s membership hours includes several group exercise classes, water exercise classes, and special events such as lectures and socials.
Schedule. Mid-day Senior's members are welcome to use the club Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm and all day Saturday and Sunday.
