TThe Memorial Athletic Club offers a variety of aerobics classes
to fit everyone's needs and fitness levels. All of our classes
develop cardiovascular endurance (aerobics), flexibility and
strength, with emphasis on proper body alignment and injury
prevention. All instructors are supervised under
the guidance of the Aerobic Fitness Association of America (A.F.A.A.),
the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.), and the American
College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). |

| Classes are offered seven days a week, virtually all hours
of the day. The MAC studios utilize the safest floor system
on the market, professionally designed sound and air conditioning
systems, and an invigorating atmosphere. Our caring instructors
and state-of-the-art studio truly make MAC #1. |
