Good Life Program Seniors 60 Plus
 
The MACAC's Good Life Program meets the needs of our mature adults (60 years plus) through diverse programming. Formatted for active older adults, our classes are designed to improve functional and cardiovascular fitness, as well as flexibility and range of motion.
   In addition to use of the facility, special programming during Good Life hours include several group exercise classes, water exercise classes, and special events such as lectures and socials.
   Good Life members are welcome to use the club Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm.
 
 
 
Water Aerobics. Our Water Aerobics classes are designed for everyone to enjoy. Arthritis H2O. This class is taught in warmer water and is designed to help with mobility.

Cardio Conditioning. A low impact aerobic, cardio workout focusing on balance, conditioning and endurance.
Good Life™ Yoga. Yoga for the older adult population according to formatting from Senior YogaFit®
The Good Life™. A low impact, strength, balance and conditioning workout focusing on the older adult population.
