| When Too Much Exercise is Too Much |
| Do ever feel your workouts are just beating you up to the point that
you actually hate to exercise? Are your days filled with lack of energy?
The motivation you once had to loose those extra pounds is now long
gone from your memory. If you have these types of thoughts or symptoms,
chances are you need to completely change up your exercise routine plan.
Want you need is VARIETY in your exercise program to prevent what is
know as exercise burnout or overload. Trying a Pilates or yoga class, both which are an excellent way to work on the lack of flexibility you have been missing from your routine, may be just the medicine your body needs. If your muscles have not been stretched for a while your chances for injury greatly increases. Yoga is also an excellent form of relaxation, which I also highly recommend for your mental and emotional health. Remember in order to achieve the results you are trying to achieve you have to be very tactful in how you go about getting there, so add VARIETY into your exercise program.
