  Jeff is currently the Fitness Director and has enjoyed personal training for the past 12 years at MAC. He has a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Houston. Advanced certifications are NSCA (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), NASM (Performance Enhancement Specialist), and ACIM (Personal Fitness Instruction Training & Post-Rehab Specialist) Jeff is also a Certified Johnny G Spinning® instructor, teaching for the MAC Spinning® program for the past 8 years.
   Jeff has developed exercise programs for seniors, athletes, and educational programs for fitness instructors. Jeff's uses Integrated Functional Training® to train his clients. He believes the ability to move functional is the most important element in fitness. Jeff also enjoys sprint distance triathlons, long distance cycling, trail running and spending time with his wife and family.

Scott Biehl Certified: Personal Fitness Trainer (ACIM-CPFT), Fitness Instructor at MACAC, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS). Scott has his B.A. in Psychology/ Minor Sociology (University of Texas Tech) also has studied abroad in South America.
  Scott's training philosophy is to help clients reach specific and realistic goals by designing individualized programs, which utilize a holistic approach and place emphasis on functional training. Enjoys spending time with family and friends, scuba diving, snow skiing, and perfecting the game of golf.

  Sue Donahoe is a graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She is certified as a Personal Trainer through ACIM and ACE and has also been certified in Lifestyle & Weight Management Counseling by ACE. Sue is the Fitness Director and director of MAC for Women’s Lifestyle and Weight Management program. She has worked in the fitness industry for nearly a decade with a range of clients from teenagers to nonagenarians. Sue also teaches muscle conditioning classes and Spinning® and is pursuing a Stott Pilates mat reformer certification. Her philosophy is to help people develop healthy lifestyles by educating them in nutrition and exercise training.

Marion Fillis has been offering personal training services in the Houston area since 1989. With an educational background in nutrition and health along with over 20 years of fitness training, Marion brings a wealth of experience and information to her clients. Her participation in many conferences on fitness techniques and physiology helps keep her informed with the latest information on fitness training practices and theory. Marion is also a registered massage therapist and Reiki method practitioner.

  Julie Green has a degree in Physical Education and is certified as a personal trainer through ACIM. She has worked as a MAC fitness instructor since 1998 and has coached both gymnastics and swimming. Julie’s natural enthusiasm is a great motivator. She also speaks Spanish.

Julie Hanzelka is a Fitness Instructor and a certified personal trainer through ACIM. She has been in the fitness industry for over ten years. Julie’s objective in training and teaching is to give her clients very safe, but challenging fitness programs to help them achieve their goals. Special interests include: running and weight training.

  Manus Isensee, degreed with an MBA from UTA, is certified through ACE, ACIM and the Cooper Institute. His advanced certifications include certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through NSCA and Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist through ACIM. He trains each client with a view to help him or her achieve individual fitness goals, while emphasizing form, functionality, sensible lifestyle choices and an appreciation for the elements of optimal fitness (cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and ideal body weight). Supportive and encouraging, he believes all clients can accomplish realistic goals and enjoy the benefits of improved fitness.

Lisa Knapp is certified as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and post rehab specialist through BSMI. Certified as a Kick Box Instructor, certified lecturer through ISCA, certified examiner through BSMI & ISCA, and currently pursuing the Advanced Performance Specialist Certification. She has a special interest in her family as well as weight training. Her philosophy “motivate people towards a healthy lifestyle.”

  Paul Kosclskeyi is chemistry degreed and certified through Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. She is currently the Mac-Masters Director at MAC and is on the board for the American Diabetes Forum for the Memorial Hermann Hospital as a physical fitness consultant. She has over 15 years experience in rehab of stroke, bypass, Parkinson's disease, fibromyalgia and certain types of cancer and is certified in "special populations": arthritis, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, low back syndrome, and osteoporosis. Pauli also trains clients in body toning, shaping, strength, cardio and weight management.

Dean Oufnac is a graduate of Louisiana State University. He is certified as a personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Dean is also a massage therapist, receiving his education from European Institute for Massage Therapy.
  Dean’s technique is to use exercises focusing on stability as well as strength, helping his clients achieve their personal goals. “Training should be fun as well as functional” Dean’s confident and jovial personality allows him to be a motivating, supporting, and fun trainer. He will work as a friend and guide assisting clients to feel, look, and perform better.

Matt Richman has a B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) with a minor in Nutrition. He is currently certified through BSMI including Rehab Exercise Specialist. Matt uses proven training methods to establish results based on each individual goal.

Mark Robson is an ACIM (BSMI) certified personal trainer and currently employed as a fitness instructor at MACAC. His training philosophy centers on functional training which makes for fun and safe workouts. Clients are taught how to reach their goals, while improving their lifestyles.

Michelle Wells is currently finishing her pre-medical degree at Houston Baptist University. She is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through ACIM-PFIT and is Balletone® and PiYo certified. She holds positions as Fitness Instructor, Fitness Instruction for Teens Coordinator, Group Exercise Instructor and teaches dance at various studios in Houston. Michelle’s fitness philosophy is to help clients to achieve their personal goals and their absolute fullest potential in fitness, doing everything necessary to feel and live well. She places emphasis on core stability, postural balance, muscle conditioning and flexibility, while making the workout enjoyable and applicable to all aspects of life.

  Vicki Williams is the Assistant General Manager of MAC, and safety supervisor for the Memorial Athletic Clubs. She is certified as a personal trainer by ACE and BSMI, as an Aquatic Fitness Personal Trainer by US Water Fitness and by the Red Cross as an instructor and trainer of trainers (First Aid, CPR, AED). Vicki is also a certified group exercise leader including specialty classes such as Johnny G. Spinning ®, Kickbox, Stott’s Pilates and water aerobics. She has a degree in marketing and 10 years experience in the fitness industry (over 8 at MAC). Vicki is interested in personal training for the older adult and has a certification from the American Senior Fitness Association.
