Jeff is currently the Fitness Director and
has enjoyed personal training for the past 12 years at MAC. He has a
B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Houston. Advanced certifications
are NSCA (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), NASM (Performance
Enhancement Specialist), and ACIM (Personal Fitness Instruction Training
& Post-Rehab Specialist) Jeff is also a Certified Johnny G Spinning®
instructor, teaching for the MAC Spinning® program for the past
8 years. Jeff has developed exercise programs for seniors, athletes, and educational programs for fitness instructors. Jeff's uses Integrated Functional Training® to train his clients. He believes the ability to move functional is the most important element in fitness. Jeff also enjoys sprint distance triathlons, long distance cycling, trail running and spending time with his wife and family. |

| Katharine Barber is a Personal Trainer who enjoys encouraging women to take responsibility for their health. She is certified through ACE and AFAA in both Personal Training and Group Exercise. She is motivated by the positive energy of those who care for their well being. As a trainer, she is rewarded when she works with clients who reach their personal goals. For many women this includes incorporating a cardio and resistance workout into their daily regime. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining bone density and keeping a healthy, well balanced body. | Judy Best is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Master's degree in Health Education. She is certified through ACE as both a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and through AEA as both a Water Fitness and Post-rehab Instructor. She has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years and currently teaches a variety of classes at MAC on land and in the water. Judy's particular interest is in the ability to maintain an active lifestyle by safely and effectively adapting exercise to the physiological changes of age and injury. | |

| Scott Biehl Certified: Personal

Medical Technician (EMT), and Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS). Scott
has his B.A. in Psychology/ Minor Sociology (University of Texas Tech)
also has studied abroad in South America. Scott's training philosophy is to help clients reach specific and realistic goals by designing individualized programs, which utilize a holistic approach and place emphasis on functional training. Sue Donahoe has a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She is certified as a Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Counselor and Group Exercise Instructor by ACE. | Marion Fillis King has over 18 years experience in the fitness industry. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer (since 1991) and is also an Older Adult Fitness Specialist (AIFE). Marion graduated from the Phoenix School of Massage Therapy in 1995 receiving her license from the State of Texas in 1996; she is also a Reike practitioner. Marion encourages her clients to establish realistic goals taking into consideration any physical and/or medical limitations. Julie Green has a B.S. in Physical Education and Spanish and a secondary teaching certification. Julie is certified as a Personal Trainer through ACIM. In her teens, she danced with the Houston Jazz-Ballet Company under Patsy Swayze. She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 35 years, teaching swimming and gymnastics at local YMCA's and dance academies. She has worked as a MAC Fitness Instructor since 1997. Julie believes that fitness is fun, and her natural enthusiasm is a great motivator. She also participates in 5K and 10K runs and sprint triathlons. | |

Paul Kosclskeyi is chemistry degreed and certified through Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. She is currently the Mac-Masters Director at MAC and is on the board for the American Diabetes Forum for the Memorial Hermann Hospital as a physical fitness consultant. She has over 15 years experience in rehab of stroke, bypass, Parkinson's disease, fibromyalgia and certain types of cancer and is certified in "special populations": arthritis, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, low back syndrome, and osteoporosis. Pauli also trains clients in body toning, shaping, strength, cardio and weight management. | |

Vicki Williams is the Assistant General Manager of MACAC and MAC for Women and safety supervisor for the Memorial Athletic Clubs. She is certified as a Personal Trainer by ACE, ACIM, SFA, as an Aquatic Fitness Personal Trainer by US Water Fitness and by the Red Cross as an Instructor and Trainer of Trainers (First Aid, CPR, AED). Vicki is also a certified group exercise leader including specialty classes such as Johnny G Spinning, Kickbox, Trekking, Turbo Kick and USWFA water aerobics and trained in Stott pilates. She has a degree in marketing and 12 years experience in the fitness industry (over ten years here at MAC!). Vicki is interested in personal training for the older adult and has a certification from the Senior Fitness Association. Vicki's philosophy is "it's never too late". | |
