| After the photographs are examined by your trained BBA instructor, you will be given a corrective exercise program customized for your muscular imbalances. The flexibility portion may involve foam rolling to help break up those tight muscle adhesion areas. |

| Included with the flexibility portion of your personalized program are static and assisted stretches for those tight areas. |
