Body Balance Assessment - How it Works
"With the exercises, which were specifically produced from the BBA program for myself, I have experienced hardly any low back pain, plus I am able to run faster and longer."
Jefferson Biehl, Fitness Director

Step 1

A dynamic movement assessment is recorded by way of digital photography in the anterior, lateral, and posterior planes.

Step 2
After the photographs are examined by your trained BBA instructor, you will be given a corrective exercise program customized for your muscular imbalances. The flexibility portion may involve foam rolling to help break up those tight muscle adhesion areas.

Step 3
Included with the flexibility portion of your personalized program are static and assisted stretches for those tight areas.

Step 4
With the the BBA our instructors will instruct you on how to strengthen your weak areas. Step 4 shows you just a few of the exercises you might learn how and why to perform.
